BEBA YERBA Return & Refund Policy
We want every case of BEBA YERBA to show up fresh, flavorful, and ready to fuel your day. Since our drinks are consumable products, we can’t accept returns on opened cases or opened cans — once it’s cracked open, it’s yours.
But if something’s off, we’ve got you.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Shipping carriers can be a little chaotic sometimes. If your order shows up damaged, leaking, or looking like it lost a fight with the delivery truck, email us within 7 days of delivery at sales@bebayerba.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- A quick description of what happened
We’ll review it and help make things right with a replacement or refund.
If Something Tastes Wrong
We take our drinks seriously. If your BEBA YERBA doesn’t taste right or you think there’s a quality issue, hit us up at sales@bebayerba.com with:
- Your order number
- What seems off
- Photos if applicable
We’ll check it out and, if approved, send a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to show up.
A Few Things to Know
- We do not accept returns on opened products or cases
- Refunds/replacements are reviewed case-by-case
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive
