BEBA YERBA Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
We’re all about flexibility — no weird hoops, no subscription nightmares.
If you purchase BEBA YERBA through a subscription or recurring purchase option, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
How to Cancel
To cancel your upcoming subscription order, you can:
- Log into your customer account and manage your subscription settings, or
- Email us at for assistance
Please make cancellation requests before your next recurring order is processed.
Subscription Billing
By enrolling in a subscription or recurring purchase option, you authorize BEBA YERBA to automatically charge your selected payment method on the recurring schedule chosen at checkout.
Subscription orders will continue until canceled.
Changes to Subscription Orders
You may be able to:
- Skip an upcoming order
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your shipping address
- Update payment information
Changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming order.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
Once a recurring order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Please review our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding damaged products or quality concerns.
We do not accept returns on opened beverage products or cases.
Failed Payments
If a payment method is declined or fails to process, we may attempt to process the payment again or pause/cancel the subscription until updated payment information is provided.
