We know you want your BEBA YERBA ASAP — same. We work hard to get every order packed and shipped quickly so you can get back to sipping.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days, though most orders go out within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
Please note:
- Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees
- Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volume
- Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
BEBA YERBA is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your order details, contact us immediately at and we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package and product
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review the situation and work to make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
BEBA YERBA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or your building/mailroom
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
- Waiting 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
